The 404 template renders page content that is shown to customers if they enter an invalid URL for the shop.

Clear direction

When a customer is presented with the 404 page, it should be made clear that the page they were looking for couldn’t be found, and there should be obvious options for how to proceed. For example, you can add links to popular pages, or a search bar to help them find what they’re looking for.
